Online Circles

Dim the lights, pour a cup of warming tea, light a candle, wrap yourself in your favourite blanket and join together in an online space co-created by Women from all over the world, crafting out time to sit in deep presence and heartfelt connection.

Online Circles allow for the creation of soulful gatherings from the comfort of home. Accessibility is a core value of Centred Women and online Circles provide a beautiful solution to those who may sometimes struggle, or not wish, to attend in-person ones.

No less nourishing and no less personal, online Circles are truly a gift of time.

Together we will open a brave and safe space for sharing, a chance to give voice to whatever is on our mind and whatever we feel needs to be spoken. It is a place to reconnect, connect, develop and deepen a sense of compassion with ourselves and with others.

All sharing is voluntary and confidential, and we welcome you to surrender to the nourishing power of silence too.

It may strike you, upon closing, that despite physical distances, you can almost feel the warmth of the fire in front of you, the other women side by side, as we once were, generations ago.

We welcome you to try.

What to expect

Online Circles with Centred Women follows a very simple framework, beginning with a guided meditation followed by a simple reflective question and an invitation for individual introduction. The space is then opened up for open sharing, where you are welcomed to give voice to whatever you wish to share. Silence is equally welcome and deep listening is practised. The space is closed by a round of closing reflections.

Who is Circle for?

  • An inclusive space for anyone who identifies as a Woman.

  • It is a space separate from social gatherings, a place where masks can be dropped and to-do lists left at the door.

  • It is a safe space to explore and give voice to the full spectrum of emotions and experience.

  • It is a space to practise presence and deep listening. Every share is valid, every share is welcome.

  • It is not a therapy space and we do not offer advice.

  • It is a secular space.
