Women's Circles
Circle provides a space to freely express ourselves, a place to connect with others and find a sense of authentic community that is so often craved in our busy day to day lives.
By giving voice to our thoughts and experiences we can sink into the rich tapestry of what it means to human, to be held in tenderness as we put our experiences into words and be witnessed without judgement. A chance to reflect and find centre within ourselves.

Circle is a safe, brave and completely confidential space in which to gather, to share our stories, and to listen with deep presence. Circle allows us to deepen our sense of connection and compassion to ourselves and to others.

Calling to an inherent way of being, the ritual of Circle space has been kept alive in indigenous communities around the world. It is being reimagined in kitchens, sitting rooms and community spaces as more and more women are looking for spaces to gather and share their stories.

What to expect
Women’s Circles with Centred Women follows a very simple framework, beginning with a guided meditation followed by a simple reflective question and an invitation for individual introduction. The space is then opened up for open sharing, where you are welcomed to give voice to whatever you wish to share. Silence is equally welcome and deep listening is practised. The space is closed by a round of closing reflections.
